Product Description: If you're having difficulty inflating the ball with the provided pump, double-check that the needle is properly attached to the pump and that the pump is being used correctly. Ensure that there are no leaks in the ball. If the ball is too small and not the size it should be, add more air. A properly inflated ball will have a firm, yet slightly pliable feel without any wrinkles on the surface. Additionally, over-inflation can cause the ball to burst. To deflate the ball, just remove the needle from the pump and insert it only into the ball, and watch as air is released until it's completely deflated.
